GroomStar Shipping Instructions:
LABELS ARE INTENDED for items that can fit in the orange shipping carton 7.5" L x 5.5" W x 3.75" H, (ie. shears, blades, one regular-sized clipper). PROTECT your tools by wrapping or cushioning them before shipping. INCLUDE your name, address, phone numbers, and any special instructions or concerns regarding your equipment. Send PAYMENT in the box, PLUS $11.95* to cover Priority Mail shipping & return shipping, (no matter how much the package weighs) as long as items will fit in the orange shipping carton. Priority mail label can be used on oversized packages for your convenience, however you will be charged for the shipping costs.

*Sending items for sharpening or repair for the first time: If you've never used our sharpening or repair service and received an "Orange Easy-Ship" mailing box, please send GroomStar your item(s) in your own packaging. You can send by any carrier or print out our Priority Mail label here and place on your packaging. When we send your item(s) back, you will receive the "Orange Easy-Ship" mailing box to use for future services. |
