Payment Methods:
Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please be prepared to provide your credit card number and expiration date.

Checks:
We accept either personal/business checks or money orders. For checks that are mailed, we reserve the right to hold shipment until funds have cleared. Returned check fee is $30.

No Minimum Order:
There is no minimum order requirement and no processing or handling fees charged!

Free Freight Policy:
Shipping is FREE* in Colorado for any order over $100.00 (see exclusions*) or on any
4 gallon shampoo order! Shipping to all other states, except Alaska and Hawaii, is FREE* for merchandise orders over $500.00 (see exclusions*). GroomStar will pay 1/2* regular shipping for merchandise orders over $250.00 (see exclusions*). *FREE and discounted shipping refers to regular FedEx ground shipping rates. *FREE and discounted shipping excludes tables, dryers, tubs, cages, kennels, FedEx oversized items, motor freight items, and
drop-shipped items.

Returns:
Customers wishing to return merchandise should contact our customer service personnel within 30 days of receipt. Credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of merchandise. Shipping charges
will not be refunded.

Damaged Merchandise:
For all items damaged in shipment, please have the box and merchandise inspected by the carrier and then contact GroomStar customer service immediately.

Pricing Policy:
We make every effort to avoid errors. However, we reserve the right to correct typographical errors. Prices, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Satisfaction Guarantee:
We appreciate your business and will strive to provide you with the best services and products at the best prices. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will give you an exchange or refund (excluding freight) if merchandise is returned within 30 days of receipt.
